“Success is walking from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” – Winston Churchill

Well, there is some serious wisdom in this one. Winston Churchill was far from perfect. And yet at the same time, he is one of the most revered public figures in British history. Sure, he was a tireless and enigmatic leader during WWII, but his record of service went so far beyond that.

Perhaps this quote gives us an insight into what made Winston great. Perhaps a large degree of his success is owed to the fact that he did not let failure erode his sense of self, worth, value or be a weather vane of future achievement. He persevered with enthusiasm.

What happens to you when you met an obstacle or fail at something? Perhaps a different approach will be a traction point for some Serious Shift. Reorient yourself and step enthusiastically into your next opportunity.
