So to summarize:

  • Does your work excite you or anyone? Are you, by design, creating something that doesn’t excite anyone?
  • Start by making something just for a few people, let the rest of us catch on. This is what Facebook did, and it’s what Apple did. The rest of us caught up.
  • Making something for everyone is the excuse most business owners use to avoid making difficult decisions.

Why are the blogs now “audio only”? I so miss seeing your smile and facial expressions when you emphasis certain points.
