Today’s question for you: Is the work you’re doing/creating making you excited? Are your clients excited? Be a specialist, not a generalist. Your target market needs to be as specific and precise as possible.

- Does your work excite you or anyone? Are you, by design, creating something that doesn’t excite anyone?
- Start by making something just for a few people, let the rest of us catch on. This is what Facebook did, and it’s what Apple did. The rest of us caught up.
- Making something for everyone is the excuse most business owners use to avoid making difficult decisions.
