Here’s my question for you today: Are you obsessed with the right problem? Are you trying to figure out how you can scale up, to reach as many people as possible? Or are you like me and obsessed with how to stay as small as you can? How to stay nimble?

So to summarize:
- We are obsessed with size. Dare I say it, I think we’re over compensating. Your obsession shouldn’t be how big you can get, it should be how small you can stay.
When you’re small, you’re nimble. You can reinvent, retool, relaunch anything almost instantly. When you’re big, you’re cumbersome.
I hate to bring up money, but when you’re small you can make a lot of money out of a little bit of money. One million dollars doesn’t mean very much to Apple, or Google or Facebook. But one million dollars means a lot to me. I assure you.
