So to summarize:

  1. Accountability is ownership, not consequences.
  2. No matter how much you think you want it, there is an even bigger force within you that doesn’t want it, or at least wishes everything could stay the same.
  3. What’s most interesting is that by not starting we are not actually afraid of failing, we’re afraid of succeeding. If we do it once, we’ll have to do it again.
