Blogcast 87: A Lesson for 2020

Let me ask you this: What is something that you know is true for your business, so true that you’d advise others to do it?

So to summarize:

  1. Trust me, I have lived by this rule since before forever. Shun the non-believers. You will get much further ahead worrying about the people who are already paying attention to you than you will trying to convince people to care.
  2. The greatest untapped sales force is your existing clients.
  3. But don’t try to make your clients a sales force. Instead, try really hard to make sure your clients know you care.

Thank you Dennis! Long time listener, first time commenter. Keep up the great work and I appreciate your efforts to add value to my financial planning practice!

How very kind Whitney, thank you. Live by the rules you set. Have the courage to make work that matters, and to tell others “this work isn’t for you.” Trust me, it works.
