There are three big mistakes people make when they sell invisible things. So to summarize the 3 big mistakes people make when they sell invisible things:
- Under-educating your clients about what you do, how you do it and why it works when it needs to work. So long as everything seems to be working, you’ll get away with it. When everything breaks weird? Not so much.
- Believing that if you can’t touch it, you can’t feel it. Not true. What you do might be intangible but how you do it can be felt, deeply.
- The invisible things we buy are bridges to something else. Make sure you know what that something else is, intimately.
