Blogcast 96: Thinking or Worrying

How many phone calls did you get when the market was melting?  If you got a lot, then your clients think you sell investments and advice. And this is bad for several reasons.

So to summarize:

  1. Very successful entrepreneurs think about their product and customers, but they worry about something else. They worry about those things that their customers care about the most.
  2. Thinking about what you do and how good it is, is service thinking. Worrying about how your customers feel is experience design.
  3. Worry about what you don’t do. Worry about how you can bring more meaning and value.
