How many phone calls did you get when the market was melting? If you got a lot, then your clients think you sell investments and advice. And this is bad for several reasons.
So to summarize:
- Very successful entrepreneurs think about their product and customers, but they worry about something else. They worry about those things that their customers care about the most.
- Thinking about what you do and how good it is, is service thinking. Worrying about how your customers feel is experience design.
- Worry about what you don’t do. Worry about how you can bring more meaning and value.
