Try Persuading

Convincing people is exhausting, and it’s no less taxing when you are right. Give persuasion a try. Persuasion appeals to the emotions and the imagination.

It’s much easier to persuade someone if they’re already convinced, if they already know the facts. For example, if someone already knows they have to save money for their retirement, then you need only persuade them to see that you are the right person to manage it.

But if you are starting at convincing someone to save for the future, then you’re on the slow boat to disappointment.

If you’re spending a lot of your time trying to convince people, it’s no wonder you’re frustrated.
